III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection of the Amess McGriffen Mine for the month of December, 2002. The <br />site is now closed to public access. <br />Roads: The road to the site is passable, however, very rough. <br />General Mine Compliance: The site remains much as it normally does No new trash piles are <br />visible and the erosion other than the road is reasonable. <br />
