Present during the inspection were <br />Brad Fancher of Loveland Ready Mix Concrete and Kathleen Sullivan of Weiland Inc. <br />2. The Applicant has proposed a dry mining operation sand & gravel mining operation for a total of 201 permitted acres. <br />The site will be reclaimed to Developed Water Resources with a clay slurry wall surrounding 3 cells. A fourth cell will be a <br />groundwater-fed, unlined pond. Digital photographs of the project area were taken and are attached to this report. <br />3. A notice sign was posted as required by Rule 1.6.2(1)(b) at the entrance to the proposed operation. <br />4. Permanent man-made structures as depicted on the Mining Pian Maps were field verified. There were no discrepancies <br />noted. <br />5. A brief overview of the proposed operation was presented by Mr. Fancher & Ms. Sullivan.
