<br />(Page 2) • <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID # M-99-098 <br />INSPECTION DATE 12/01/99 INSPECTOR'S INITIALS CLK <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />The following observations were recorded during apre-operations of Operator inspection of this 340-acre 112 site. <br />I ) No mining has taken place at the site yet; no signs of disturbance of the areas to be developed were noted. Currently, the site <br />is a combination of wildlife and farming acreage. <br />2) The swctures on the site match those on the map --- all power lines, houses, fencing, roads, and other swctures appear to have <br />been included. <br />3) The drainage tiles mentioned by some of [he objectors to this proposed plan were not visible a[ any point during [he site <br />inspection. If any more information regarding these tiles is available, DMG would appreciate receiving copies of it. <br />4) One of the residents of the central subdivision bought their property since the notification process for this application was <br />begun. He must be notified as soon as possible via certified mail, and copies of his certified mail receipt sent to DMG. (PB 1) <br />No other problems were noted.
