Pumping of water from pond C into Mann Draw has been <br />discontinued. <br />2. Positive drainage is being established in the vicinity <br />of the East Dump in order to ensure that no significant <br />amount of water ponds in that area. <br />3. W 1~en Coal Company is only conducting those opera igns <br />a~' he Northgate Loadout which they understand hav~ been <br />app oved through verbal communication with Mr. Fred Banta. <br />Under Section V, "Status of Problem Resolution", topsoil stock- <br />pile C and the sedimentation pond embankments will be seeded this fall. <br />Vegetative growth along the haul road will be monitored again next <br />season. If it is found, at that time, that permanent vegetative <br />cover is not adequate, the haul road embankments will be reseeded <br />during the fall of 1983. <br />
