As we discussed, all of the objectors to this case, <br />including the State end Division Engineers, Lave stipulated to the entry of the proposed <br />Ruling that we filed with the W ater Court on February 28, 2003. The proposed Ruling <br />is now awaiting approval by Reftaroe Daniel 12etre. <br />Normally, when all of the objectors to a water court case have stipulated to the <br />entry of a Ruling and the concerns of the Division Engineer have been addressed, the <br />Referx will approve the Ruling in due course. Auer the Referee approves the Ruling, be <br />then submits it to the Water Judge for final approval. The Water Judge will usually <br />approve the Ruling appmtcimately otte month after it is submitted to him. <br />I telephoned the Water Court Clerk today to determine when we tan expect the <br />Referee to complete his review of the Ruling. The Clerk informed me that Referee Petro <br />estimates that he will review the Ruling within the next two weeks.
