(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-1998-022 <br />INSPECTION DATE: 5-23-07 <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS GRM <br />This inspection was conducted as part of the normal monitoring program established by the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety for permitted sites. The inspector was on site due to an inspection of the 110c <br />adjacent to the Conger Harvest Area. Therefore as a matter of convenience the inspector did an inspection of the <br />permit area. <br />The Conger Harvest Area is located north of County Road 3, just west of Mazble, Colorado. The mine identification <br />sign and affected area boundary markers are in place and in compliance with Rule 3.1,12. The signage is located on <br />the gate at the entrance to the site. Fence lines and flagging clearly delineate the permit azea. <br />The site appears to have had activity in the last year. The inspector notes pallets of stone ready for shipment, an <br />access road across the mining bench appears to have had traffic and the slopes of talus stone have evidence of <br />workings. No equipment was observed on site. <br />The site is very clean. No mine related debris is noted. There is no storage of fuels, other petroleum products or <br />possible hazardous materials on site. <br />Although it is very eazly in the season, the inspector noted no evidence of noxious or problematic weeds. <br />Silt fencing and grading prevent stormwater impacts both on and off the site.
