<br /> <br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a complete inspection of the Hamilton Mine for the month of December, 1997. <br />ROADS: The roads are in satisfactory condition but are somewhat rutted and frozen. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE: All ditches and culverts are clear and capable of functioning as <br />designed. Pond B was dry but pond A had a trace of ice and water in but it was not discharging. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS: The site has not been reseeded at this time but according to the <br />engineer, it is to be seeded sometime this winter using a broadcast method. <br />
