The affected area boundaries were not marked by <br />monuments or other markers as required by Rule <br />3.1.12(2) <br />Corrective actions are to: <br />1) Mark the boundaries of the affected <br />area with markers that are clearly <br />visible and adequate to delineate <br />such boundaries. <br />2) Submit a photograph to our office <br />which clearly shows that the affected <br />area boundary markers have been <br />installed. <br />2.
