This is a problem related to Section 3.1.12(11 of the Hard Rock ,Metal, and <br />Designated Mining Operations Rules and Regulations for failure post a sign which is clearly <br />visible from the access road with the name of the Operator, a statement that a <br />reclamation permit for the operation has been issued by the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board; and the permit number. <br />PB or PV: ~B_ <br />TOPIC(S): _SA2 <br />2~ 9 /29 /06 <br />During this inspection, it was discovered that there are numerous 55-gallon drums and 5- <br />gallon containers that are leaking or have spilled unknown materials at the site.
