M-84-036, Class: Inspection (1!27!04) <br />Dear Brad: <br />Per your recent request, the Division has reset its 1/27104 inspection corrective action date for restoring <br />positive drainage at the Dakolios Pit to March 8, 2004. We understand that temporary measures are in <br />place to mitigate backwater onto the Gould property. The extension is granted to complete cleanout of <br />the culvert at the south end of the process water pond and reestablishment of positive drainage to the <br />north toward the point of discharge to the St. Vrain River. As specified in the inspection report, <br />photographs or other evidence verifying completion of this work is to be submitted to our Office.
