MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: nn_~oRn_~aa <br />INSPECTION DATE: ~ /o/n~ INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: ~- <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />The Division conducted a monitoring and construction progress inspection of the Phase I, II, III AND IV areas on <br />1-9-03. Present during the inspection were Mark Tidquaist and Tim Comer of CC&V. The inspection began <br />around the sub-station areas. The Phase IV construction areas were viewed from that location. Low volume <br />collection gravel was being pushed on the primary liner of the pregnant solution area, at the time of the <br />inspection. GOLDERS 6L4/QC personnel were present, NO PROBLEM NOTED. Back fill and grading work on Phase <br />IV B AND C areas were also in progress. According to Mark, most of the under ground remediation work should <br />be completed for this construction season, sometime in the next two weeks. <br />Inspected the external pond, if was holding about the same amount of what appeared fo be frozen wafer. While <br />in the area, collected the following readings from the Low volume solution collection transducers. <br />Transducer # 1 was recorded ai 12.0 inches and # 2 was at 10.2 inches of head. Water level was at 8.34 feet. NO <br />PROBLEM NOTED. <br />Inspected the Phase I AND II pregnant solution collection areas and recorded the following readings from the <br />High and Low volume solution collection transducers. <br />Phase 1 high Volume solution collection transducer # 1 was recorded at 43.7, # 2 was at 46.3 and # 3 was at 46.2 <br />Low volume solution collection transducer # 1 was of .67 and # 2 was at .20 <br />Phase II high volume solution collection transducer # 4 was recorded at 26.7, # 5 was at 23.1 and # 6 was at 27.3 <br />Low volume solution collection transducer # 1 was recorded at .66 and # 2 was at.17 (ALL READINGS <br />ARE IN FEET OF HYDROSTATIC HEAD) <br />Inspected the under drain area. Both the south under drain and four-inch pipes were discharging a trickle.
