The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. PROBLEMSlPOSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS CORRECTION DATE 1. More than one calendar year has lapsed since the application approval and the required 08/29/03 & performance and financial warranties have not been received. PB or PV: ~ Corrective action: Submit on or before August 29, 2003 a written statement of Hall-Irwin's intentions to either proceed with a reconsideration hearing and permit issuance or withdrawal of the approved permit application. Prior to disturbance and permit issuance, the applicant must request a hearing before the Colorado Mine Land Reclamation Board to reconsider the previous approval. Prior the hearing the applicant must also republish, re-notice adjacent landowners, and address any new permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected land.
