For each standard marked (2), what action(s) has the State <br />taken to cause the violation to be corrected? <br />A-2 Surface drainage controls were in the process of being upgraded <br />throughout the site. A contractor was hired to complete the work which <br />was incomplete at the time due to vacation schedules. After a number of <br />calls to the MLRD and permittee, arrangements were agreed upon to com- <br />plete the work immediately upon the return of the contractor. <br />B-1 A Deposit stockpile located on the western edge of a coal refuse <br />area just west of the Hubbard Creek road and haulroad intersection was <br />partially covered with refuse material. Arrangements were agreed upon <br />through the MLRD to have the material removed and isolate the stockpile <br />from the adiacent refuse stora4e area. See narrative statement for <br />D.
