An aerial inspection of the Maryland Creek Ranch was conducted at the request of the <br />operator. Several or more oblique photographs of the Maryland Creek Ranch were taken with <br />a 36mm camera and will be used by Division Staff during future ground inspections to <br />determine compliance with the approved mine and reclamation plan. Photographs (slides) are <br />attached to this report. <br />2.
