Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations <br />made during the inspection. Commenh also describe any enforcement actions taken <br />doing the inspection and the facts a evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Note: The bridges are in disrepair. A reduced level of maintenance, sufficient fa foot traffic, <br />has been approved. The plugged emergency spillway (one) from T-21s abandoned in <br />place. <br />Items of interest from the previous inspection include: <br />Availability of Records: The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Permit <br />Number CO-0029599 e~ired January 31, 1999. The Operator had submitted a request for a <br />new permit. <br />Signs and Markers: The permit boundary signs had been removed by road construction <br />activity on County Road 109 at the coal loadout area. <br />Hydrologic Balance. ~~~ <br />n <br />. Burial of materials cleaned from the long pond [Rules 207.7(2) and 4.11.4] has <br />been approved.
