Comments also describe any sntorcemerrt actions taken during the Irrepection <br />and the fads or evidence supporting the entorcemerrt actlon. <br />The aerial inspection photograph was taken by Harry Kenney from the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology ~ March 26, 1998. The photograph was reviewed by William J. Carter of the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology an April 9, 1998. <br />B~ttdrt: <br />At the location of this photograph, the Delta County road is snow covered, but appears to be stable at <br />this time. <br />Free water is visible in the ditch at the toe of the slope, and in pond number five. From this photograph <br />it is not possible >b determine if there is any water discharging from pond five. <br />
