<< <br />(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-19Rh-244 <br />INSPECTION DATE: 3-t 9-02 <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: ~~ <br />Completed a partial inspection of this site to review all-the changes that have occurred since last inspection. <br />Mr. Phil Barnes, CC&V representative, conducted the site inspection beginning at the East Cresson quarry. Currently, this is <br />fhe active mining area. Mining is progressing in anorth-northwesterly direction. Several trucks were removing blasted <br />material from the site. The material, depending on mineral assays, was taken to the primary crusher area or to the waste <br />dump site. <br />Next stop on the inspection was the equipment maintenence area and the blasting material blending silos. The inspection <br />continued south to the primary & secondary crusher facilities. A new primary crusher and secondary crusher system is <br />currentlly being assembled. A new loadout facility is being erected. <br />Continued south to the existing leach pad, across the old highway 67 location. The highway has been totally removed and <br />relocated around the wesf and south sides of phase 1 pad. This will allow construction of approved phase 4 leach pad. <br />Passed by the gold recovery facility and discussed the construction of an addition to the facility. <br />Drove to, and reviewed, the Arequa gulch sedimentation ponds. Reviewed and discussed the external pond area; including <br />the pump system. <br />Drove over the new 240 foot high highway 67 bridge that spans Arequa gulch just west of the phase 1 toe berm. One can <br />view most of the Cresson Project (excluding the northern areas of the permit) from the bridge. <br />Drove to, and reviewed, the bottom portion of the Squaw gulch waste dump area from highway 67. <br />Passed by the topsoil stockpile. Since the material was disturbed during highway 67 relocation activities, the operator has <br />reseeded most of the stockpile.
