This letter is also in response to Bill York - Feirn's inspection report of 10-16-92 <br />received by me on 11-2-92. A submittal date for a technical revision is given as 12-15-92. This <br />is obviously not attainable due to the scope of the problem, but the investigation by Brierley & <br />Lyman is currently underway. <br />The above described investigation should take 4-5 weeks depending upon weather. At the <br />completion of this phase, a visual impact analysis may be required by Jefferson County. <br />However, we should be prepared to submit an amendment to our Ml;RB permit, regardless of <br />a visual impact analysis, approximately six or seven weeks from now. <br />I will keep you informed as to our progress.
