III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the <br />inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection of the Blue Flame Mine conducted by Tom Kaldenbach of the Colorado Division of <br />Minerals and Geology. No one else was present. Prior to May 2004 DMG had last conducted reclamation on <br />this site in May 1993. In May 2004, DMG had a subsidence feature at the top of the portal area regraded and a <br />diversion ditch was excavated around the regraded area. The ground was covered by a few inches of snow. No <br />changes were found on the site from the previous month's inspection. <br />Reclamation Success <br />No changes were found on the site from the previous month's inspection. No problems were found at <br />the site. <br />
