AGREEMENT FOR COMPENSA`PION <br />Colorado state law requires that landowners within 200 feet of a pending Division of I~ tinerals <br />and Geology reclamation permit be so informed of the permit. <br />Further, Colorado State law requires that man made structures within 200 feet of the ii lining <br />operation be given special consideration. If the mining operation damages a man made structure <br />within 200 feet, the mining operator will repair the structure, replace the structure, or compensate <br />the owner of the structure its fair mazket value. Maps in the vicinity of the proposed reining <br />operation indicate that you own a structure within 200 feet of this proposed permit boundary. <br />Name of Structure(s):City of Loveland Water & Power Poles, Anchors & Trans-,formers. <br />By signing the agreement, the owner of the structure acknowledges that he was inforn r:~d of the <br />permit application and agrees to the arrangement of repair, replacement, or competrsati~~n if the <br />mining operation damages any of his structures.
