r "" <br />(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-19B0-112 <br />INSPECTION DATE: 9-26-01 INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: GRS <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This was a routine inspection of the Richard Bachman Pit, a 112c permit. <br />The operator has posted a permit ID sign and the permit boundary markers. <br />Some mining is taking place, but most of the material is currently being <br />taken from existing stockpiles. The operator has been placing some reject <br />material along the highwall cut at the north end of the permit boundary, <br />this should be continued to achieve the final 3H:1V slope since this cut is <br />too close to the permit boundary to slope by pushing down from the top of <br />the cut. It was also suggested that the operator makes sure that the <br />continue to strip the topsoil in advance of the high wall.
