III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Slides and Damaee <br />The location of the slide that occurred above Pond 012 was inspected. There does not appear to <br />be any additional movement at the site of the slide. It was noted that the survey stakes placed at <br />the toe of the slide above Pond 012 have been damaged or knocked down. SCC should replace <br />these and continue to monitor and report any new movement at the slide to the Division. <br />
