The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />1. <br />During the inspection, it was discovered that vegetation along the drainage ditch on the <br />site contained a dense population of Canada Thistle.
