. ~. 4. <br /> <br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection of the Hamilton Mine for the month of October, 1996. <br />The site appears to remain stable. No erosional features were identified despite recent rains. <br />Sparse grass clumps are establishing on site though it is still dominated by annual species. The <br />site is protected from erosion at this point. Inspection of the results of the revegetative effort, in <br />two years or so, should reveal the potential success of the reclamation. In the mean time, <br />proactive weed management should help enhance the reclamation success. <br />
