The site is a very small moss rock <br />harvesting operation located in Fremont County along the North side of South Table Mountain Quarry. Operator <br />was duly notified of the inspection but was not present. The site was active at the time of the inspection, <br />removing Moss Rock utilizing a crane. A 4-door silver colored Sedan Deville and an old crane were located <br />along the South side of the permit area. Permit sign and boundary markers were properly posted. No major <br />problem noted. On March 31, 2003, the Mined Land Reclamation Board Issued a policy, that could exclude <br />such operations from the requirements of reclamation permit from the Division.
