III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />dunng the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action <br />This was a partial inspection conducted by Kent Gorham of the Colorado Division of Minerals <br />and Geology (DMG). The weather on this day was clear and sunny. Ground conditions <br />were dry and access was good to all areas. <br />Topsoil <br />The three topsoil piles formerly located along the Lorencito Canyon Haul Road have been <br />redistributed on the service area. Footprints of these former piles were noted reseeded and <br />mulched, <br />Topsoil redistribution has begun from the borrow area approved under Technical Revision <br />#13. Topsoil is being harvested in the approved area and hauled to the knob in the <br />northwest portion of the disturbed area. <br />.T; •-~. <br />
