The project is on the Smuh Rancho land (wuh no <br />federal minerals) and will provide pit-nrn and road-hale materials for county toads in the <br />area. The only manmade nnpnn•emcnts are ~luffat l'ounq•'s highway na bh and No <br />GGB, and an access trail to the BLM ac shown on Exhibit C-3.
