III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussions of observations made during the <br />inspection. Comments in Section IV describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts <br />or evidence suppor}rng the enforcement action. <br />Note: Apparent subsidence features at the north air shall, and on the coal seam <br />midway between the airshaft and upper portals, have been reported to AML. Limited <br />records, including monthly inspections by the Colorado Division of Minerals and <br />Geology, are on file at the Division. The only sign at the site is a Division reclamation <br />identification sign. <br />Concerns carried over from previous inspections: none. <br />Signs and Markers The Division reclamation site was re-set. <br />ydroloaic Balance There was no surface flows or standing water on the site.
