At the
time of the inspection the weather was clear and warm. Conditions on site were
dry. This region of Colorado is experiencing a drought classified by the Palmer
index as severe. This area has only received 25% of the normal July
precipitation. The grass in the areas seeded last fall are brown. Hopefully some
will survive.
At the time of the inspection two people were continuing the cleanup of scrap
material on site. Three quarters of the bins have been cut up as scrap and
removed. The current price per ton of scrap iron is $75.00. Workers were getting
ready to remove the propane tank from the site. The culvert mentioned in the
last inspection had the pinch taken out and a worker said that a marmot had
been evicted.
NOTE: Attach appropriate VIOLATIONS OR CESSATION ORDER CODING FORMS
Revised: 4/88
Doc.
