Ditch south of the coal stockpile has been cleaned. <br />SI-A. The culvert inlet has been repaired. <br />RESOLUTION IN PROGRESS <br />82-2. Apparently, additional coal spillage has occurred along the haul/act~ess road <br />since the previous inspection. The operator indicated he had spoken to the truck drivers <br />regarding the overloading of the haultrucks, but apparently no specific meas res had <br />been taken to prevent the overloading and resultant spillage. A written p1a~ for <br />preventing truck overloading and coal spillage must be submitted to the Division by <br />Ap~i1 16, 1982, which addresses the specific measures that wi1Z be taken. I~ the problem <br />is not corrected, a N.O.V. will be issued. <br /> <br /> <br />
