III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during <br />the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection of the Ohia Creek Coal Mine #2 for the month of April, 2002. Weather at <br />the time of the inspection was sunny and warm. <br />Hydrologic Balance: The pond is damp but appears stable. <br />General Mine Comoliance• The mine is doing well at this time but the Gunnison area's snowpack is <br />about 30% of normal which will result In poor vegetative growth unless the spring rains are plentiful. <br />Reclamation Success: Doing well at this time. <br />w , ... - .- .- . - .'r ~ <br />f <br />
