n ~ • <br />J ~ ~. <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This was a normal monitoring inspection conducted by Tony Waldron of DMG. The site is <br />located approximately 7 miles south and two miles west of Flagler, Colorado. <br />The operator has clearly marked the boundaries of this permit area and is conducting all <br />operations within the boundaries. It appears that topsoil has been properly salvaged at this <br />site. The stockpile should be smoothed out and seeded with a temporary seed mix to stabilize <br />and protect the pile until it is ready for use in reclaiming the site. The site has been <br />actively mined recently and there is a sizeable excavation present.
