III. Comments - Compliance <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of <br />observations made during the inspection, Comments also describe any <br />enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action, <br />On November 4, 1991 a partial inspection was conducted at the <br />Blue Ribbon Mine. This inspection was an aerial inspection that <br />was recorded on video tape. The video tape that contained the <br />record of this inspection is tape u 90 position 4795. <br />The weather during the inspection was mostly clear with a few low <br />lying clouds that sometimes partially obscured Lhe grorind. The <br />ground had a sno~: rover of about i0%. Most of the snora was on the <br />north faring slopes. Know was covering the benr.h and bench <br />outslopes. <br />During this inspection no problems were noted that required <br />enforcement action. <br />
