<br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection of the La Plata No. 1 Mine for the month of March, 1 996. <br />The site was dry and stable. <br />There are a couple of bare spots on site but the overall the revegetation effort has been <br />remarkably successful. <br />Evidence of erosion problems is minuscule thanks to the great vegetation. <br />
