The operator needs to either <br />install energy dissipators above and below the bars or devise a different system of <br />drainage control on the road to prevent further deposition of material beyond the <br />roadway. <br />Processing Waste <br />Refuse was being placed in the refuse pile during the inspection, but very little waste <br />had been placed since the previous DMG inspection. Completed lifts were at or below <br />the maximum 2' thickness. <br />Loadout Area <br />Reclaimed slopes were stable, with no signs of erosion. The kochia stand was dry, <br />and a large portion of it had been mobilized with recent winds. <br />The straw bales on the east end of the east side of the loadout had not been repaired. <br />EFCI needs to repair or replace the bales as soon as possible io ensure that any <br />runoff from the far east portion of the loadout is treated prior to discharge off-site. <br />SaltdieN Mhre C-g1-014 Oclo6er 13, 1887 <br />
