The operator needs to either <br />install energy dissipators above and below the bars or devise a different system of <br />drainage control on the road to prevent further deposition of material beyond the <br />roadway. <br />Processing Waste <br />Refuse was being placed in the refuse pile during the inspection, but very little waste <br />had been placed since the previous DMG inspection. Completed lifts were at or below <br />the maximum 2' thickness. <br />Loadout Area <br />Reclaimed slopes were stable, with no signs of erosion.
