Regulated Nosious Weeds: <br />The following plants are considered to be noxious weeds for the purposes ofthis guideline and the Hard <br />Rock and ConsWction Material Regulations. Noifous Weeds and Bond Release: <br />Tha ultimate decision as to the acceptability of a site for release from reclamation responsibility rests <br />with the Board. However, in most cases it is the responsibility of the individual Environmental <br />Protection Specialist (EPS) to evaluate the site proposed for release and determine if the site has met the <br />reclamation requirements of the Act, Regulations, and the approved permit. In terms of infestaUOns of <br />noxious weeds, the Division will follow tts standard financial warranty release praess.
