• (Page 21 <br />• <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID N M-1986- 004 <br />INSPECTION DATE 12-20-2000 INSPECTOR'S INITIALS SSS <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This inspection was conducted as part of The Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) monitoring program for permitted <br />mines in Colorado. <br />The mine identification sign and affected area boundary markers are in place and in compliance with Rule 3.1 .12 <br />No significant infestations of noxious or other problematic weeds were noted on site during this inspection. Weed <br />identification is tough this time of year, so the operator is encouraged to continue weed identification and treatment on <br />site during the coming field season. <br />No significant erosional features were noted on the affected areas of the site. <br />A small amount of excavation has occurred since the last inspection of this site. All mining operations remain in compliance <br />with the permit that has been revised to account for intermittent operations. <br />Responses to this inspection report should be directed to Steve Shuey at the Division's Durango Field Office.
