III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />Backfill & Gradins <br />The dragline and one dozer were observed backfilling and grading the Wolf Creek pit in the <br />Yoast South azea. Good progress has been made in rough backfill and grading operations at this <br />final pit location. <br />Slides and Damaee <br />The slide azea below the former Haul Road D embankment above Pond 012 was inspected. The <br />site of the slide was mostly free of snow cover and appeazed to be stable. <br />
