Processing Waste <br />The east face of the refuse pile was in good shape with no rill .or <br />gullying problems. The top of the pile was dry. Stockpiles have been <br />graded out. Ditches remain in good condition, although the upper part of <br />the ditch on the east side is beginning to fill with sediment. It <br />appears to meet design capacity, but may need cleaning before long. <br />Support Facilities <br />No problems were found in the following areas: yard area, explosives <br />magazine, belt-outback, million gallon tank, and the hazardous materials <br />storage area. <br />Subsidence <br />I checked subsidence impacts on Fish Creek caused by panel 14 Right in <br />N1/2 Sec. 15-SN-86W. In places, stream flow appeared a foot or so higher <br />on the banks than in other places (see attached photo). No adverse <br />impacts were evident. <br />4 <br />
