PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS CORRECTION DATE There were no signs or markers posted in visible location, though they are required 9/30/06 under Rule 3.1.12. PB or PV: PB TOPIC(S): SM CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must post the required permit ID sign t the _, _, entrance, and the boundary markers in the proper locations. Evidence of completing this activity (such as photos and letter) must be received by this office by the date shown at right. 2. The stormwater runoff was not adequately controlled on the lower bench, and the 9/30/06 sediment pond had not been maintained to function at capacity.
