,~ <br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection of the New Pryor Mine for the month of May, 1997. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE: The site has been getting a lot of rain and is very green. All pond had <br />water in them but were not discharging. The drainage ditch above pond K has some seroius down <br />cutting but it appears to be the only major erosional feature. Water has ponded in a low area at the <br />south end of the property but no harm could be seen from the air. Overall the site appears to be <br />holding up fairly well. <br />
