<br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This partial inspection of the Hayden Gulch Mine for the month of April, 2001 was performed by Harry <br />Ranney. The weather at the time of the inspection was warm and sunny. <br />General Mine Compliance: The site has been mostly released and only some shrub parcels remain. <br />Slides and Damage: As seen in the photo below, a small slump due to a spring or runoff water has <br />developed but at this time does not appear to need any corrective action. <br />
