Present during the inspection were, Mark Tidquist and Tim Comer of CC&V were
present at the time of the inspection. The Phase IV A, B AND C areas were viewed from the substation. With the
exception of some back fill and grading along the Phase IV C area and some remediation of under ground
workings, no additional construction associated work was being conducted at the time of the inspection.
Inspected the Phase I and II pregnant solution collection systems and recorded the following readings from the
High and Low volume solution collection transducers.
Phase I high volume solution collection Transducer # 1 was recorded at 25.6 # 2 was at 28.8 #3 was at 28.0
Low volume solution collection transducer # 1 was recorded at .70 # 2 was not functioning at the time of
the inspection. According to Tim, CC&V planned to pull the pump out to determine the problem.
(ALL READINGS ARE IN FEET OF HYDROSTATIC HEAD FOR ALL-THE TRANSDUCERS)
Piezometer for the pond was recorded at 34 feet.
Phase II high volume solution collection transducer # 4 was recorded at 36.3 # 5 was at 32.1 and #6 was at 38.0 .
Low volume solution collection transducer # 1 was recorded at .44 and # 2 was at .14
Piezometer for the pond was at 28.8 feet.
Inspected the external pond, it was holding about the same amount of frozen water, as was observed during the
last inspection. While in the area, recorded the following readings from the Low volume solution collection
transducers. Transducer # 1 was recorded at 11.7 and # 2 was ati3.3 inches of hydrostatic head.
Inspected the under drain area, both the North and 4 inch pipes appeared to be frozen. The south under drain
was discharging at a trickle. Toe berm appeared stable, no major erosion features noted.
I & E Contact Address
NAME: MR PHIL BARNES
OPERATOR: CC&V
STREET: rz O Rt7x t9t
CITY/STATE/ZIP: viCmrz cc~ Rn~~,n
Harry Posey (e-mail)
ca ^ CE
^ BL
^ FS
^ HW
^ HMWMD (CH)
^ SE
^ WQCD (CH)
^ OTHER
