The problems should b~corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered ~y the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should b$ notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />The topsoil stockpile located west of the small embayment 6/1/Oq <br />created by the mining operation in the west shoreline of <br />the existing 7 acre pond is irregular in shape and so far <br />has not been stabilized by vegetation or other means. PB OR PV :i PB <br />Rule 3.1.9 (1) requires if topsoil is not replaced within <br />a time short enough to avoid deterioration of the topsoil, <br />vegetative cover or other means shall be employed so that <br />the topsoil is protected from erosion. TOPIC: T~ <br />Since the topsoil will not be used in reclamation for some <br />time, it should be stabilized. If stabilized by vegetation, <br />the stockpile should be shaped accordingly. <br />
