4 <br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during [he <br />inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during [he inspection and [he facts or evidence <br />supporting [he enforcement action. <br />This was a complete inspection of [he Hamilton Mine for the month of March, ?000. <br />RECORDS: Records were inspected and found to be satisfactory. See page 5 of this report for further details'. <br />ROADS: The roads continue to he in satisfactory condition and do no[ require any maintenance. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE: All ditches and culverts are clear and capable of functioning as designed. Pond A <br />was damp at the time of [he inspection and Pond B had approximately 1.5 feet of standing water in i[ but was no[ <br />discharging. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS: The site's vegetation should do very well this Spring as [he ground is very wet due <br />[o recent snows- and rain. The site is very stable as far as erosion is concerned. <br />
