III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection of the CCMC Mine for the month of May, 1996. <br />The site is dry and with no signs of any appreciable moisture since the last inspection, however, <br />it appears that the area is about to get some rain in the next few hours. <br />The site appears to be stable with no signs of any erosion of significance. It would be a good <br />idea to go over the area with a spring toothed harrow to break up the cow manure to aid the <br />vegetation. <br />There are only some small bare spots in the revegetation that should fill in with grass if prudent <br />range practices are used on site. <br />
