Please indicate all areas of this release request affected by the presence of this powerline and indicate if these areas are to be removed from the release request, or if ExxonMobil requests an extension of the decision date for this request to allow time for the powerline to be removed. The permit already contains alternate reclamation post-mining land uses consistent with the current use of the portions included in this release request that have not been revegetated so the permit does not need to be revised to change the post-mining land uses as suggested in the release request. Please revise the request accordingly, clarifying which reclamation post-mining land use is being selected for each area. Please provide an update map of that accurately portrays the permit area upon release of the areas noted above as eligible for release. include those areas where ExxonMobil intends to complete additional tasks, in the very near future, per the above bold notes, to finalize reclamation of those areas. Please recalculate the acreage figures and revise the request with corrected acreages for those areas requested for release and those areas to be retained in the permit.
