Repairs were completed on the diversion ditch From tiro mine bench to pond No. 2 <br />except for removing the Iarge rocks from the ditch wlrictr must be completed by <br />July 13, 1981. Resolution still in Progress. <br />3. Proper drainage has been restored on the north crrd of tJre mine bench. Problem Resolved. <br />4. The culvert at the coal stockpile area should drain properly. However, the operator <br />should regularly inspect the inlet end to insure that the culvert flow capacity~is not <br />reduced. Problem Resolved. <br />5. Sediment pond No. 3 will be checked on the next in.s(~ection to determine if it was built <br />according to the approved plan. Resolution still irr Proyress. <br />6.
