III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />dunng the ~nspect~on. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection flown by Harry Ranney of the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) on February 22. 2007. Oblique aerial <br />photographs were reviewed in the office by Kent Gorham of the Division on March 5, 2007 <br />This mine is in permanent cessation and reclamation of most areas is complete. <br />Hydrologic Balance <br />Heavy snow cover has finally melted in most of the reclaimed areas, Only rn small <br />depressions or on north-facing areas is snow cover present. No slumps or damage was apparent. <br />
