III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during <br />the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection conducted by Tom Kaldenbach of the Colorado Division of Minerals and <br />Geology. No one else was present. <br />A cable across the entrance road blocks public access into the site. The ground was dry. <br />Hydrologic Balance <br />There was no inflow into the lower pond. Water in this pond was several feet below the primary <br />spillway culvert. The outlet end of this culvert can not be found in the pond embankment. The pond's <br />embankment and inslopes are in good condition. <br />Slides and Damage <br />No slope stability problems were evident on the surrounding hillsides. <br />
